For your information in advance:
Data protection is very important to us. As media educators, we are particularly sensitised to this and would like to briefly explain here what is important to us:
As little personal data as possible: In order for you and your children or pupils to be able to use the portal, a user account must be created. First name and surname are stored for this purpose. An e-mail address is required to activate the user account in accordance with data protection regulations.
In order to be able to play a multi-reader world, the portal must know that you are logged in with the user account. Therefore, a cookie is required for the duration of your login. There is a second cookie with which your Internet browser remembers what your login name is.
All data on this internet portal is stored on our web server in the data centre in Ludwigshafen, we do not use any external services and do not transfer any data.
No tracking for marketing purposes, no evaluation of personal data in statistics. We only look at the log file if you make specific technical support enquiries and we need to analyse the problem.
We do not send any advertising emails. However, you may receive e-mails with information about the multi-reader world you use and occasionally be made aware of a new multi-reader world.
No data is passed on to others unless you explicitly consent to this (e.g. to take part in the Grumbeere Quest competition).
All employees who have access to personal data are trained to handle it responsibly. Information relating to children in particular is treated with special care.
